These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Algopop (the Service), including its website, APIs and any related services. The Service is provided by Pop The Bubble Ltd (we, us or our), a company incorporated in England and Wales.

By using Algopop, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
User, you or your refers to individuals or entities using Algopop.
Consumer means a natural person acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Business User means any User that does not qualify as a Consumer.
Agreement means these Terms and all policies referenced in them.
To use Algopop, you must be at least 18 years old, not be located in a country subject to United Kingdom, United States or European Union embargoes, and not be listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
4.1 You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account.
4.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required for security or legal compliance.
5.1 Algopop is an AI-powered tool that helps creators and brands ideate, plan and optimise social content, including short-form video workflows.
5.2 We offer a 7-day free trial with 25 content generations, after which you may subscribe to a paid plan.
5.3 Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice.
5.4 Fees may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes, including VAT, depending on billing location and the part of the Service viewed.
6.1 The 7-day free trial allows you to test Algopop at no cost with 25 content generations. No payment details are required to start your trial.
6.2 The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively choose to upgrade.
6.3 Paid subscriptions begin on the day we receive your payment.
6.4 Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration unless you cancel before the current period ends.

8.1 Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners.
8.2 You confirm you have the legal right to use the payment method selected.
8.3 If payment fails or is refused, we are not obliged to provide the Service and may recover related costs.
8.4 Taxes, including VAT where applicable, are charged based on your billing address.
9.1 You may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
9.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that date.
9.3 We offer full refunds if requested within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription period. No refunds are provided for any periods beyond the first paid month. Once you have made your second monthly payment, no refunds are available.
9.4 This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
10.1 All intellectual property rights in Algopop are owned by Pop The Bubble Ltd or its licensors.
10.2 You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.
11.1 You retain ownership of content you upload to Algopop, as well as outputs generated for you.
11.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, copy and process your inputs and outputs to provide, secure and improve the Service.
11.3 You may opt out of model improvement uses by emailing support@popthebubble.uk and we will apply that setting to your account.
11.4 You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to your inputs and for the legality of your use of outputs.
Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for information only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication.
You agree not to use Algopop to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
We may apply technical limits on requests, tokens, storage or bandwidth. Excessive or abusive use may be throttled or suspended to protect the Service.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance and force majeure. Support is available at support@popthebubble.uk on business days 9:00 to 18:00 UK time with an initial response target of one business day.
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures. If we become aware of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to individuals, we will notify affected customers without undue delay.
We process personal data as a controller in line with our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and the Data Processing Addendum at Schedule 1 applies, including sub-processors and international transfers. The DPA is available on request or via your account.
The Service may rely on third-party models, hosting, analytics or payment processors. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, but will use reasonable care in selection and provide a commercially reasonable workaround if a third-party service materially degrades.
API credentials are personal to you. You must keep keys confidential and not share, resell or use them to build a competing service. We may revoke keys that breach these Terms.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
21.1 UK Consumers have 14 days to cancel from the day after purchase. By starting to use Algopop during this period, you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the right to cancel may be lost once full performance begins.
21.2 For recurring subscriptions we will send a clear reminder before renewal and provide an easy cancellation route.
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account where necessary for security, legal compliance or serious breach. Where lawful and practicable we will notify you in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Algopop. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Algopop is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@popthebubble.uk with your contact details, a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of good-faith belief and a statement that the information is accurate. We may remove or disable access and allow a counter-notice process.
We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or payment disputes. We may request additional verification to restore access.
We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party hosting or model providers, denial-of-service attacks, telecommunications or utilities failures, acts of government, war or strikes.
We may assign this Agreement to a group company or to a successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign without our prior written consent.
We may change prices or make material changes to these Terms on at least 30 days notice for recurring subscriptions. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
We may provide notices by email to the address associated with your account. Notices are deemed delivered when sent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory Consumer protections in your place of residence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms remains in full force.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any schedules or addenda constitute the entire agreement. If there is a conflict, the following order applies: the Data Processing Addendum, then these Terms, then referenced policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes before they take effect. Your continued use of Algopop after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance.
